How cancellations, unused time, and diamond pack refunds work.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Billing or by emailing support@libora.ai.
After you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period.
Unused days are not pro-rated unless required by applicable law or consumer-protection rules.
Unused diamond packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if those diamonds have not been spent.
Spent diamonds are not refundable, except when a generation failed and diamonds were not automatically returned.
Email support@libora.ai with your account email and transaction or receipt details.
Web payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record.
Contact us first so we can resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
